Title: Wheat and Honey Bread

Yield: 1 Lb loaf

1	pk	Yeast
3/4	c	Whole wheat flour
2 1/2	c	Bread flour
1	ts	Salt
2	tb	Honey
2	tb	Butter
1		Egg at room temperature
1	c	Plus 1 tb warm water

Put all ingredients in pan in order listed. Select white bread cycle in DAK or mix bread cycle in the Hitachi.
